FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU PURCHASED THE MULTI-PACK, DO NOT SELECT AN INDIVIDUAL EPISODE, OR THIS WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING CHARGED AGAIN. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ONLY FOLLOW THE STEPS FOR THE EXACT ITEM YOU ORIGINALLY PURCHASED.
Please scroll down until you find the steps for which items you originally purchased. If you've already purchased the full game and tapping the Restore button does not restore your purchases after reinstalling, we have the following workarounds that can restore prior purchases without using the Restore button or being charged a second time. You may see the percentage stall at 99%, but please be assured that the download is continuing in the background and will change to 100% once the download is actually complete. Please note the download percentage may not be an accurate indicator of how much is actually downloaded.
